HARVEY IS A VERY HARD WORKER AND IS A BIG HELP WHEN SIR TOPHAM HATT NEEDS ITEMS TO BE MOVED OR PICKED UP. HARVEY IS A GOOD NATURED CRANE ENGINE BROUGHT TO THE ISLAND BY SIR TOPHAM HATT TO HELP WITH LOADING AND UNLOADING FREIGHT. ALTHOUGH THE OTHER ENGINES TEASED HIM FOR HIS UNIQUE LOOK, HARVEY SOON PROVED THAT HE, TOO, WAS A REALLY USEFUL ENGINE.
